About Me

Hello there, I'm Viscera, but you can also call me Vivi! I'm a 19 year old furry artist, mainly focusing on horror, nostalgia, and creepy-cute/menhera-kei inspired art. My personal style is inspired by many different things, mostly my music taste and my own personal childhood nostalgia, with a little hint of the 80's and 90's tossed in for good measure. I'm a juggalo and have been since I was a teenager! But I also love rock, metal, and all sorts of indie music. Music plays a huge role in my life and helped shape me into who I am today. It may be cheesy to say that music and art have even saved my life at some points, but it's true.

Most of my artwork is meant to be a representation of my struggles with mental and physical health challenges, using horror to convey my emotions and let off steam. Though I also have my fair share of "just for fun" work, which includes my webcomics! I like to let my art be up for interpretation, for the most part, and just let people have fun speculating what each piece might be about. That doesn't make them any less personal to me, though, I still put a lot of myself into each piece.

My fursona is Viscera, a white sea bunny, who is a vengeful spirit on a mission to kill everyone who's ever wronged him. I use it as a sort of metaphor for my real life pain, and his murderous escapades basically just exist to give me an outlet to let it all out. And also because I simply just like horror and dark media, and having my fursona be a brutal ghostly slasher villain just made perfect sense to me.
